Come Visit Us!

Welcome prospective families!  Come visit Wesley Nursery School to meet our teachers and staff, tour our classrooms, and learn about our philosophy. Wesley offers programs for 2-year olds, 3-year olds, and Pre-K class for 4- year olds and young 5-year olds who will be starting kindergarten the following fall.  Using the Creative Curriculum approach, we promote learning through play, exploration, and developmentally appropriate activities designed to build early literacy and math skills, fine and gross motor development, social/emotional capabilities and a love of learning.  See how our program differs from other area preschools.  Inquire about our active duty military discount.

About Our Preschool

Located in Bethesda, our preschool was established in 1961 as a community outreach program.  Wesley Nursery School (WNS) offers half-day programs for 2 through 5 year-olds.  WNS offers an opportunity for each child to develop as an individual and as a member of a larger community.  As a non-denominational preschool, all are welcome.  Our staff strives to promote a loving environment encompassing trust, character development and the value of diversity.

Wesley Nursery School offers additional programs before and after regular program hours.  WNS is governed by the Wesley Nursery School Board and is certified by the Maryland State Board of Education.

WNS is committed to equal education opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, or national origin in admission or treatment of students, or in the employment of faculty and administrative staff.
